If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied and want to cancel your purchase or subscription, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellation.

 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service” refers to the Website.

  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

Given the nature of service provided by our company “Digital Jumpstart, Inc.”, its subsidiaries and affiliates including but not limited to $7/Month Ad Training, Targeting Academy, AI Master Vault, etc, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products and/or services where this guarantee is explicitly stated on the applicable signup, sales page and/or pricing page.

This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase and does not apply to any recurring subscription charges or renewals.

When possible especially on subscription products, we may provide a free trial, discounted paid trial and/or discounted subscription fee to allow our users try out the product before making a full purchase.

Your purchase of any products and/or services by our Company is subject to the terms communicated on the signup, sales page and/or pricing page of the specific service and/or product.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription without Contracts

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. We will not refund any pro-rated fee, any unused credits, or any past subscription payments. You will continue to have access to the product and/or service until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription with Contracts

If your subscription is bound by a contract clause, you may not cancel your account until you fulfill all contractual obligations including but not limited to making full payments for the agreed term, regardless of whether you continue using the service and/or product.

If you wish to cancel before the end of your contract tenure, you are obliged to make payments to the Company to cover the remaining balance as agreed in your contract.


Cancellation of Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, Bi-Annual and Long-Term Subscription without Contracts


A long-term subscription is any subscription that is prepaid or agreed to be paid for and/or used for a period no less than three (3) months (quarterly) up to a period no higher than ten (10) years (decade).

You can cancel your long-term subscription at any time. We will not refund any pro-rated fee, any unused credits, or any past payments. You will continue to have access to the product and/or service until the end of your current billing period.


Cancellation of Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, Bi-Annual and Long-Term Subscription with Contracts


If your long-term subscription is bound by a contract clause, you may not cancel your account until you fulfill all contractual obligations including but not limited to making full payments for the term of the contract regardless of whether you continue using the service and/or product.

If you wish to cancel before the end of your contract tenure, you are obliged to make payments to the Company to cover the remaining balance as agreed in your contract.

Exceptional Cases for Refunds


In exceptional cases where we fail to provide the core agreed services on your subscription for a continuous period of 30 days, you may become eligible for a reasonable pro-rated subscription fee refund.


This clause does not apply in cases of temporary service disruption including but not limited to DDoS attacks, hosting server downtime, API connection failures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as government actions, natural disasters, or power failures.

Alternatively, we may offer a user a credit or bonus on product/service and/or any other products/services owned or managed by the Company as a form of compensation for service disruption.
